Sharjah Multi-Temperature Cold Storage Facility

Afzali designed and installed a 5,000-ton multi-temperature cold storage facility for a fresh produce distributor in Sharjah, UAE. Completed in 2020, the facility features separate temperature zones for chilled, frozen, and controlled-atmosphere storage, ensuring maximum flexibility for handling different product categories. High-density polyurethane insulation, Carel electronic controllers, and Copeland semi-hermetic compressors work together to maintain stable conditions with minimal energy consumption. The project also integrates IoT-based remote monitoring, allowing real-time oversight of storage parameters from anywhere in the world.
