About This Project
Afzali successfully completed a 10,500-ton blast freezer and cold storage warehouse for a seafood processing company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Completed in 2021, the facility was designed to meet the strict temperature requirements for rapid freezing and long-term storage of seafood products. Built with energy-efficient insulation, advanced refrigeration technology, and redundant backup systems, the project ensures uninterrupted operations even in peak summer conditions. The system incorporates Bitzer screw compressors, LU-VE evaporators, and HWA Fong condensers, controlled through a centralized PLC-based monitoring system for precision and reliability.
