About This Project
Afzali engineered and constructed a 7,200-ton pharmaceutical-grade cold storage facility for a leading medical supply chain provider in Dubai, UAE. Delivered in 2022, the project was executed in compliance with strict GMP and WHO guidelines for pharmaceutical storage. The facility maintains ultra-precise temperature control between +2°C and +8°C for sensitive vaccines and medications. Featuring Sabroe screw compressors, Güntner evaporators, and Alfa Laval condensers, the installation also includes an advanced BMS (Building Management System) for automated alerts, redundancy management, and detailed data logging for compliance audits.
